Real review, 4 years after surgery for sagging breasts!!

I lurk in this community a lot, but most reviews are from less than 1 year after surgery, so I thought a 4-year review might be helpful too, so I’m writing this. If you look at my old photos, you can tell right away, but I was unmarried and in my 20s, yet my breasts sagged a lot...;; It was seriously so stressful that, of course, I never went to public bathhouses, and I’ve never even properly gone swimming in the summer like everyone else does On top of that, I had a protruding chest, so even when I wore a padded bra, everything looked separate, and the bra floated so much that it was honestly worse than not wearing one...;; Ha thinking about the past while writing this is honestly so embarrassing and brings back PTSD; Just looking at it, you can tell I couldn’t not get breast surgery, right?? A lot of people around me had surgery at a clinic, so I had a consultation and got the surgery there. Since my sagging was pretty severe, I had 325cc Motiva implants placed on both sides and had a breast lift done at the same time. Because my breasts were sagging, ptosis correction was definitely necessary, but I wanted the method that would leave the least scarring, so I asked if it could be done through the areola. I ended up having an areolar incision with a vertical-plus technique. I did worry a lot about what I would do if sensation didn’t come back, but I think most of it came back in less than a year Now needless to say, it has all come back~ I think a lot of people worry that having implants for a long time could cause health problems, so I get checked once a year with a breast ultrasound~ There’s nothing wrong outwardly either, but I’m such a scaredy-cat and worry so much I only feel satisfied after getting examined in person They’ve said there have been no problems so far and that I’m healthy, so I feel relieved every time I go. For things like the feel, I remember diligently going for aftercare at the time. From around 6 months, the tissue gradually softened, and by 1 year, they became really soft and felt great. Even now, when I touch them, they’re soft, and I’m completely satisfied. As for the shape, my lifelong wish was to have cleavage, and I’m so happy because I got exactly the I-shaped cleavage I wanted Before surgery: A~B cup (sometimes wore B because of the sagging) -> After surgery: 70D-E cup (differs a bit by brand) People say breast surgery has the highest satisfaction among cosmetic surgeries, and it really does change how clothes fit and also boosts your self-esteem, so if there’s anyone here with a case like mine, definitely get surgery and become confident!
