Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

Review of triple-fixation cheekbone reduction, posting photos too

I’m leaving a review because I thought it might be helpful for men who are considering facial contouring surgery. I had cheekbone reduction with triple fixation, and in my case, my cheekbones stuck out especially a lot compared to my lower face, so I decided to get surgery.. My face overall wasn’t particularly large, but my cheekbones protruded a lot to the sides, so from the front my face looked extremely wide, which stressed me out. Since my cheekbones looked way too prominent compared to my lower face, I also often heard that my impression looked strong. At first, honestly, because I’m a man and cheekbone surgery itself felt like a big burden, I thought about it a lot. But no matter how much I changed my hairstyle or managed my weight, the cheekbones ultimately didn’t get solved. So I thought I’d get a consultation and decide, and after going for the consultation, what the director said really stayed with me. I debated for a while about whether to have the surgery or not, but in the end I got it. Since I’m male, my cheekbones are thick and my head shape itself isn’t on the small side, so he honestly told me that even if they moved them inward as much as possible, there were definitely structural limits in my case. Instead, he talked about taking the approach of refining my facial balance as much as possible within those limits, and said he would cleanly refine it within a realistically achievable range rather than being overly ambitious. So I guess that gave me some courage to go ahead with the surgery lol Anyway, what I felt most strongly after the surgery was that my face looks smaller, but more than that, my facial shape feels more refined. Once the cheekbones that had been sticking out to the sides went in, my facial width definitely looked reduced from the front, and the line connecting to my lower face became much more natural. Since this was male facial contouring, I felt that changing too noticeably would actually be burdensome, so I couldn’t really picture how it would look after surgery. But it’s amazing that my facial shape settled without looking unnatural at all. People around me also say my impression looks less strong and softer lol Personally, I think the thing I’m most satisfied with is that the feeling of my face looking wide from the front has disappeared. For me, since my cheekbones had been such a big source of stress, I like how I look now so much that the surgery genuinely feels extremely meaningful.
