My bulbous nose and hump nose complex was so severe that I finally got surgery!!

My complex about my bulbous nose and hump nose was so severe that I finally got rhinoplasty!! My friends even asked why I was so obsessed with nose contouring lol I’d had a really serious complex about my nose since my teens, to the point that I wanted rhinoplasty, but back then I was too young to get it, and after I became an adult I still couldn’t because my parents were against it... lol As that went on, the stress kept building up, and at some point I found myself researching cosmetic surgery on my own almost obsessively lol Maybe they realized how I felt, because at some point my parents started saying they’d help with the cost and asking whether I was looking into hospitals lol So I remember spending the past few months visiting and checking out all kinds of hospitals! lol My criteria for choosing a hospital were two things: a natural-but-refined design, not too flashy, and a director with lots of experience. In the end, I had surgery with Director Choo Sung-chul at D-Day lol You can probably tell from my pre-op nose, but my nasal tip was drooping, so the hump on my nasal bridge looked even more prominent, right? It was exactly a bulbous nose, with the alar bases spread out to both sides... Since my nose was short and thick, my face looked even flatter, so I really, really wanted rhinoplasty Now I’m doing well with no discomfort at all! I improved the bulbous nose, shaved down the hump and had osteotomies, and the materials used were silicone + donated costal cartilage + septal cartilage lol I hated the blunt bulbous look from the front the most, but the frontal effect is good, so I’m really satisfied. I think I also matched well with the director from the consultation! lol The side profile is slightly on the flashy side, but from the front it looks well done without being excessive, so I think that’s what I’m most relieved about lol
