Hi everyone,,! Ever since I was young, I’ve had a slim body type that doesn’t gain weight easily, and I’m not exactly short either (my stats are 166 cm and 52 kg), so I lived feeling that my overall flat-looking body was a complex of mine. I do Pilates as a hobby, so honestly, shaping my arms, legs, and body line was something I could manage, right? But breasts were something I absolutely couldn’t manage no matter how hard I tried,, Even when I found and wore pretty underwear, I didn’t like how it looked, so I think that’s how I started looking into breast surgery,,I wore a 70A cup, and if I was going to have surgery, I wanted to go to a full C or D cup (a large size!)But my breasts were still breasts (even though they were small), and they were asymmetric, so different sizes went into the left and right sides,, Most of the places I went for consultations recommended different sizes for each side,, So for surgery too, I got 320cc on the left and 375cc on the right! At first, I was anxious because every place I consulted at said the size difference between the two sides was so big, but when the director here explained the problems and shape that can happen when the same size is placed on both sides despite asymmetric breasts, I finally understood,, Until then, the consultations had just been like “just do it this way,” and I hadn’t heard the reasons in detail, but I think this was the only place that had studied breast augmentation in detail and came prepared,,And they said asymmetrical breasts aren’t rare, and most women have asymmetrical breasts, so putting in different sizes on each side was a good choice,,!Anyway, I had my breast surgery through the armpit incision! There were two reasons I chose the armpit incision: looking at the director’s armpit-incision reviews, the scar overlapped with the armpit crease, so it really looked unnoticeable,, And the director also said that for my breasts, whether it was an inframammary incision or an armpit incision didn’t matter, and I could choose whichever I wanted, so I did the armpit incision! But I think I had quite a bit of swelling How much? My arms and even my abdomen were all swollen, so I couldn’t wear pants with zippers and mostly went around in sweatpants. It was worst at weeks 2-3, and by week 4, so at one month, almost all the swelling had gone down and it was okay,,I didn’t do Pilates until the one-month mark,, My upper body around the armpits and breasts felt tight, and I’m the type who worries a lot, so I wondered what if something went wrong,, The only exercise I did to reduce swelling was light walking? I started Pilates slowly after one month had passed,, I didn’t do difficult movements and started with light ones.Honestly, saying it wasn’t hard at all after breast surgery would be a real lie,, Still, for me it wasn’t so hard that I couldn’t sleep, so it was bearable, and if I wore sweatpants, the swelling didn’t bother me much, so it was okay!If you just grit your teeth and hold out for about a month, the swelling goes down, so I think you only need to hang in there a little,, I think this is why people say that with breasts, holding out wins,,My breasts are still settling, so the swelling and feel are still a bit awkward, but will they become natural after about 3 months?? For everyone who had breast surgery, from when did you feel they were natural??
