Leaving a 2-year post-op review after surgery at I-One! People meeting me for the first time have no idea I had double eyelid surgery unless I tell them, and everyone I know says it turned out naturally and well. I was worried because it was an incisional procedure, but the surgical scar only shows slightly if you look very closely when my eyes are closed, and when I open my eyes wide, it looks natural, almost like an inner double eyelid. Personally, I do sometimes think I should have gone a bit more dramatic, so I’d recommend it to those who want a natural look. I do have slight asymmetry, but it’s not very noticeable to me, so I’m just living with it as is. Someone I know had their uneven eyes corrected and went more dramatic with another surgery. I think that person’s result also turned out naturally and well.
