Review 6 years after cheekbone surgery

Hi. I feel like there aren’t many reviews from 5+ years after cheekbone surgery, so I brought one here. I had facial contouring done when the director of 345 ㅂㅈㄹ was still at the old ㅂㄴㅂㄱ. It’s been about 6 years now. There are some things I’m not fully satisfied with, but I’ve had no side effects and no cheek sagging, so I’m fairly satisfied. If I had to score it, maybe about 8 out of 10? My cheekbones were really large, so they said they moved them in by about 6 mm (I don’t remember whether that number is exact). The director definitely tends to pursue a natural look, so it doesn’t really become a completely oval/egg-shaped face, and I still do have some cheekbone prominence. That part is disappointing. But I don’t think it’s to the point of getting revision surgery, and I’m considering contouring injections or other procedures, though I don’t know what I’ll end up doing. As for why I didn’t have cheek sagging, which is a common side effect of cheekbone surgery, I didn’t know at first because of swelling. But after about 3 years, I felt like I actually had no facial fat, so I was considering fat grafting and found out when I went for a consultation at another hospital. What they said there was that some fat had been removed to prevent cheek sagging, but it seemed like too much had been removed. Of course, that was just the opinion of the doctor at that hospital, so I don’t know if that’s actually true. Anyway, because of that, I had fat grafting. They said I probably didn’t need to overdo it, so even though it’s usually done up to a second round because of the engraftment rate, I stopped after the first round. After that, my face shape became what it is now. It’s definitely much better than before, but it still feels like something is about 2% lacking. In conclusion, if you’re considering cheekbone surgery at 345: 1. In terms of safety, I definitely think it’s good 2. If you’re pursuing a natural look, it would probably suit you 3. I have no side effects except number 4. I didn’t have the pins removed, so they do show up on X-rays, but honestly, except for those times, I sometimes even forget that I had cheekbone surgery 4. If I had to name a really minor side effect, when I touch the cheekbone area under the triangular zone below the eyes with my hand, it feels like the sensation is slightly dulled. But this doesn’t interfere with daily life at all, so I’ll pass on it 5. But if you’re like me, with large bones and are serious about reducing facial blank space and getting an oval face, I think it’s best to clearly tell the director the look you’re pursuing before surgery. I told them before surgery to make it natural, so I think that’s why I feel disappointed now So, what I’m wondering is, how are the reviews for Dr. ㅅㅇㄴ contouring injections? If anyone has tried them, please leave a comment ㅠㅠ I got contouring injections once at another hospital before, and they definitely seemed effective, so I’m considering ㅅㅇㄴ.. Hollow cheeks absolutely cannot happen to me (I barely improved them with fat grafting), and I want to reduce my 45-degree cheekbones and reduce facial blank space. Would it help?
