It’s been about a year and a half since my surgery It was my first surgery, and they used silicone + ear cartilage A few weeks ago, whenever I washed my face, both sides of my nasal tip started looking white, so I wondered, what is this? It wasn’t bothering me that much, so I just left it alone But it felt like the white area kept getting wider Today after washing my face, I looked and in a square shape.... clearly...... I could see something white...... Do they usually put ear cartilage in like that, in a square shape..? Is this the silicone showing through, or is the ear cartilage showing through? The square white thing is showing so clearly I feel like I’m going crazy right now. What is this? What should I do?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
