The doctor’s consultation was very kind overall, and I was impressed by the attitude of trying to listen fully to the patient’s story. Some places finish consultations quickly, but here they explained each point carefully and listened to my questions until the end, which gave me a sense of trust. I had been told the wait time could be long, but in reality I was able to receive the consultation even earlier than my scheduled appointment time, which was also satisfying. The overall flow didn’t feel rushed at all, and they checked the necessary parts in a calm, steady way, so I was able to finish the consultation comfortably. The staff also responded brightly and kindly, creating an atmosphere where even a first-time visitor could ask questions without feeling burdened. Overall, I felt it was a clinic where the response and consultation process were well balanced.
