I went for a consultation about full removal because of a foreign-body sensation at the nasal tip, and they explained things in great detail. They showed me many photos of various cases and explained what shape my nose might have after full removal. They said the surgical method would be full removal, and the sunken areas would be reinforced with dermis. They said cartilage repositioning and restoration of the sunken nasal ala would be needed, and that it was not a difficult surgery. They seemed very experienced. The staff were kind, and I had the consultation without waiting that long. The clinic was clean, and I felt I could trust them.
