I went for a consultation because the surgery reviews were good, but from the moment I called to make the consultation appointment, I didn’t feel that they were kind. I went in for a consultation with the consultant, and suddenly she grabbed my face and pulled it toward herself without saying anything while looking at it. She was just unfriendly. The doctor was in surgery, so I waited and had the consultation, but there wasn’t really anything different from what the consultant had said. I thought I had waited for nothing. The surgery reviews were good, but the consultant was so unfriendly that I won’t have surgery here.
