I went for a revision surgery consultation because my nose, which had been operated on more than ten years ago, had changed shape a bit. After taking a CT scan and printing out photos of my face, the director drew the nose shape for me, but personally, I didn’t feel like I could clearly picture what it would look like after surgery. I wanted to remove the silicone and redo the nasal tip, and although my nasal bridge is not exactly low, he said I definitely wouldn’t be satisfied and recommended donated dermis Megaderm for the nasal bridge. He said ear cartilage would be used for the nasal tip and autologous costal cartilage for the columella. I made the appointment by phone, and there was no consultation fee. After surgery, you meet the director on days 7 and 14, and there is no post-procedure care. The director has a style of speaking very definitively, and his tone is kind, but with a slightly tsundere feel. I think it would be a good fit for people whose surgical direction matches his.
