I didn’t get silicone, and only had my nasal tip done with septal cartilage, but I want revision surgery… But I heard there’s only one septum, so if it can’t be reused, what do they do… Honestly, even back when I first had it done, lowering it a bit would have made it look prettier and less like an upturned nose, but I didn’t because I hated how it would make my midface look longer from the front, and I kind of regret it now
