First of all, there was way too much waiting;; I went after making an appointment, but still waited over an hour The facilities are nice, since it’s a large hospital. The staff were kind too.. But because I waited so long before the consultation, I was already a bit exhausted beforehand The director was kind and answered all my questions, so the consultation itself wasn’t bad. During the consultation, I didn’t feel like they strongly pushed any particular surgery or procedure, and the atmosphere was more like I should think it over enough and decide. What stood out to me was that they explained, based on the condition of my face, which areas could be improved and which areas might not change much.
