An acquaintance had surgery and it turned out so natural and good, so I went to get surgery. During the surgery, they can wake you from anesthesia and check the implant height directly while performing the surgery. If that kind of thing scares you, it may be difficult, but for me, since I had no sense of how high my nose should be, it was an innovative surgical method, and I am still very satisfied now. My acquaintances also say it looks natural and like my own nose. If naturalness is the look you are pursuing, I recommend it. Even though it was a fully open approach, the scar is almost invisible, but please take your individual skin type into account. My acquaintance also does not have a scar!
