I had surgery in 2020, so it has been 5 years now. The nose shape is not bad. (I wanted a natural-but-polished nose shape.) It seems like they make the nasal tip a bit rounded. But they inserted the silicone a bit higher than the height I mentioned during the consultation, so my nasal bridge became too high Other clinics also said it is too high.. So far, there have been no shape-related side effects, but when I have time, I plan to have it removed.. The biggest problem is that my rhinitis became so severe that I can only breathe through one nostril; Now I have gotten used to it and just live with it, but at first it was so hard because I could not breathe Anyway, you have to be careful with rhinoplasty.
