Before rhinoplasty, I went to so many hospital consultations! I visited all the well-known clinics, but none of them really appealed to me, and I was scared of surgery so I couldn’t decide on a clinic. Then I had a consultation at this clinic and booked surgery right away! I was really worried because I’m scared of anesthesia, but before surgery, the consultant and the director explained the whole surgical process step by step, so I was able to feel much more at ease~ Becoming prettier is important, but safety comes first!!
I already knew the director because he had good reviews even when he was at his previous clinic, so I trusted him from the beginning during the consultation. Among all the clinics I visited, he was the most meticulous, and I liked that he looked at the overall harmony of my face to see what line would suit me best. Also, when I looked at the reviews, it didn’t feel like everyone’s nose shape was stamped out the same way; I really liked that he designed different nose shapes to fit each person’s face!
For materials, I used silicone for the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. From the beginning, I didn’t want to use septal cartilage, but I was also scared to use autologous costal cartilage But since I was doing it anyway, I went with the strongest option, autologous costal cartilage, and after surgery, I honestly had no pain at all from the rib cartilage area.. I worried more about the autologous costal cartilage than my nose, but it was really just a stiff, sore feeling..? I was almost embarrassed that I had worried so much.. I live in a southern province, but after surgery, I went to the clinic alone the next day to have the nasal packing removed, then took the train from Seoul back home by myself without much pain.
The clinic told me that most of the minor swelling has gone down now, so there probably won’t be any major changes to the nose shape anymore. The more the swelling goes down, the more I love it! I genuinely think every time that I made the right choice having it done by Director Yoo Ki-hyun at this clinic! Sometimes people I don’t know ask me where I got my nose done, if I had it done, and every time that happens I feel so good.. haha One of my acquaintances also saw my nose, said it was pretty, and went straight to Director Yoo Ki-hyun at this clinic without checking other clinics~ That’s how well it turned out.
My upturned nose came down slightly, so it looks much more sophisticated! Even before surgery, I kept emphasizing that I definitely wanted it to look sophisticated, and he did exactly that! It’s not excessively high, but the flaws were corrected just right, so every time I look in the mirror I’m so happy, and I really became so much prettier haha…
Also, if you’re getting your nose done, I definitely recommend double-chin liposuction! Even rhinoplasty alone makes the face look more refined and smaller, but when you also remove the double chin, both the side profile and front view become really pretty. Definitely do them together!!!
Even if I went back in time, I would get surgery from Director Yoo Ki-hyun at this clinic even sooner, and since it seems like he makes other surgeries pretty too, I’m planning to get other procedures as well haha I was worried because many people say the nose doesn’t end with just one surgery, but maybe because my nose turned out so well, I have no thoughts of revision surgery at all, and I think it’ll stay that way! I don’t have any functional problems, and the design came out so well too~ Everyone, get your nose done at this clinic and have a successful rhinoplasty!!
