How did you take care of the columellar scar after removal surgery? The clinic said I didn’t need to use any ointment, but since this is my second open surgery, I’m a bit worried about scarring. This time, the incision was made higher up on the columella than before, so I feel like it might be more noticeable if a scar forms… If you’ve actually used any scar ointments or care methods after removal, please recommend them!
