I did have existing filler, but only a very tiny amount was left, to the point that other people wouldn’t notice even one line of it. So I just wanted to add about 5% more naturally, for a slightly plump and younger-looking feel. But the director’s philosophy was really firm. They said the procedure was only possible if all the existing filler was dissolved no matter what, and they flatly said the voluminous style I wanted was not possible. The director seems to prefer only slim, cleanly defined lines. They are very kind, but they have a perfectionist style where their own aesthetic standards are non-negotiable.
Honestly, the Instagram photos here felt somewhat retouched, and they do a lot of marketing, so I got the impression that review management is very strict.
In the end, I couldn’t change the director’s mind, so I only had the filler dissolved here and decided not to get the repeat procedure. But even for just one dissolving treatment, they said I had to have a consultation first, so I ended up waiting more than 1 hour and 20 minutes... I was exhausted from waiting. The dissolving injection was more tolerable than I expected, but when I started having an allergic reaction to hyaluronidase, they caught it right away and gave me a steroid injection. Maybe because they have handled many allergy cases, their response to this was quick and skilled.
