It feels like just yesterday that even though it was botched, they told me it was still okay now and to just live with it ㅠㅠ 6 years ago, I had my first nose surgery using septal cartilage and cartilage. I liked it until year 2, but gradually my nose dropped, so I went for a revision consultation. They said they would do 1 mm with costal cartilage, so they advised against revision surgery, and in the meantime the person called the consultant said not to do it unless I had a huge amount of money, which was kind of a fresh shock;; From the start, I wasn’t hoping to make it higher, I just didn’t like the nasal tip design, but thinking about it now, I feel like I was heavily gaslit. By year 5, there was a clicking sound from the septal cartilage, cartilage show-through, and a visible step-off on the nose. I had already consulted the director about the clicking sound and cartilage show-through, but he sent me away saying it was nothing serious;; In the end, I recently had it done at another nose-specialized place, and I like it so, so much.. I should’ve done it sooner ㅠㅠ Only the functional improvement has good satisfaction; aesthetically it’s extremely bad.
