At Goksem Plastic Surgery Clinic, I think the director gave a really good consultation. In particular, I liked that he took photos of me and did a virtual simulation, explaining that the shape would turn out like this, that if I did it without an implant it would be about this much, and if I used silicone it would be about this much. In the end, I was recommended surgery without an implant, and since my face is rather slim and long, he said that raising the nose high might suit a broad face, but for a face shape like mine, doing it without an implant would be better. I liked that, and when I still wasn’t sure, he showed me various cases and explained that results up to this level could be achieved even without an implant, which I really appreciated. Also, he took me to the operating room and showed me directly in the mirror, explaining that the surgery would proceed like this and that it would become like this and this, while shaping it for me. I think those aspects made me feel trust. The director himself did not seem to pursue anything excessive, so he was very conservative, and I felt that suited me quite well. He seemed to pursue safety while also pursuing harmony, so I really liked those aspects.
