I found out about it through the Monessance cafe and visited for a consultation. There was somewhat of a wait for the consultation, but overall the staff and service were on the friendly side. However, when I actually met the doctor and had the consultation, the explanation did not feel very specific or in-depth, so I felt a bit disappointed in terms of expertise. The price was definitely less burdensome and competitive, which made it appealing, but on the other hand, I felt that the viral marketing or promotion seemed somewhat excessive, so I had concerns about trust. Overall, the pros and cons seemed clear, so I think I need to think a little more about whether to actually proceed with the procedure.
