The lower body results were also good, but afterward I felt like my buttocks had sagged more. (I think it was less a surgical issue and more because during the recovery period I was lying down and didn’t exercise.) Once I paid attention and did hip-lifting exercises, there was no problem. Weight management after recovery is important too. When I gained weight, the areas where I had liposuction didn’t gain much, and the areas that usually didn’t gain weight did gain weight (abdomen).
