It was free, so I was only planning to get a light consultation, but I was surprised because they were much kinder and explained everything more thoroughly than I expected. They carefully examined my skin condition and accurately pointed out the areas I needed, so I felt I could trust them. Even if I don't start treatment right away, the consultation alone was helpful enough, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable, so I was satisfied. I haven't started treatment yet, but the consultation experience alone was good enough for me to give it 5 stars. Next time, when I have time, I'm thinking of getting acne treatment too.
