Both the consultant and the director were kind, and the director answered questions thoroughly, so I was able to ask questions comfortably. I liked that they explained what surgery would be needed to get the eye shape I wanted and what shape would come out, while shaping my eyes several times. It was nice that there was no pressure to pay a reservation deposit, and the double eyelid surgery cost was reasonable.
