Excellent Plastic Surgery Clinic review

Had a consultation for double eyelid surgery. Before the consultation, they took 3 photos: eyes facing front, eyes with force applied, and eyes looking downward. The consultation proceeded in the order of consultant - director - consultant, and before the director’s consultation, the consultant first mapped out a preliminary line. During the consultation, when I asked about the anesthesia method, the consultant talked as if full sedation was the standard, so I was a bit like, huh? Later, they did say sedation only during anesthesia + local anesthesia afterward was possible, but even during local anesthesia, they talked as if I might not remember opening and closing my eyes anyway. The issue isn’t whether I remember; isn’t the doctor supposed to check the line during surgery while watching me open and close my eyes...? I also asked about the average number of surgeries per day, and they answered that because nose surgery takes a long time and eye surgery doesn’t take very long, the number of surgeries varies hugely depending on what surgeries are scheduled that day, so they couldn’t know. When I asked in advance by phone, they said there was CCTV, so I went there for an in-person consultation. But the consultant said there is CCTV, but clients can’t view it; if you’re okay with it because it’s a single-doctor clinic, that’s fine, but if being able to view CCTV matters to you, don’t waste your time like I did Also, during the consultation, I felt a bit uncomfortable because the consultant subtly mixed in casual speech, kind of like talking to a child? There was no pressure at all to pay a deposit. The doctor wasn’t bad, but overall I don’t think it was a satisfying experience, and I don’t plan to proceed with surgery here.
