The hospital facilities are clean, and the staff are not exactly unfriendly. However, even though I had made an appointment and went there, I waited about 30-40 minutes because the doctor was backed up with procedures or surgeries. They did not first explain why or how long I would have to wait, and after about 15 minutes there was still no sign of being called in, so I asked; only then did they explain. The director consulted with me, and they are very... unique. Instead of saying, “This is why I recommend this surgery,” inside the consultation room they just talked about some strange personal beliefs, and after I came out, the consultant explained that this is how the surgery would be done.
