The consultant was kind and explained things clearly, which was good. There was a bit of a wait for the director, and he seemed somewhat rushed. As soon as he came in, he quickly went through the explanation, and he spoke extremely fast. I think the consultation took about 6 minutes? Since it was that short, I felt a bit disappointed because it didn’t feel like he examined my eyes in detail. Still, he spoke confidently and told me clearly what I needed to do, so it didn’t feel vague. I also liked that he explained canthoplasty and ptosis correction briefly, concisely, and in a way that was easy to understand. I think it would be good to go after thinking separately about any questions once the basic explanation is over. Since the director seems busy, it’s hard to take time to think on the spot.
