I had my lips done with imported filler. Before the procedure, there was no separate consultation with the director; after consulting with the manager, in the treatment room right before the procedure, they asked about my needs, had a very brief consultation? and then proceeded right away. It seems like the director has a preferred shape and treatment method, but I had looked at the style in advance and thought it matched what I wanted, so it was fine. There was an area that felt lumpy immediately after the procedure, and I thought it would improve over time, but it has stayed the same. Overall, it is just average. The director, consultation manager, and treatment-room staff were kind, but the desk staff were chatting among themselves and were unfriendly, which was disappointing.
