The consultation manager had a good impression and spoke like a friend, so it was nice that she didn't at all feel like the kind of gaslighting consultation manager YouTubers imitate. She showed a lot of photos and compared many different cases. For the director's consultation, they looked at the ultrasound first, then in the consultation room checked what it would feel like during surgery. He seemed quite confident, and since he said something another hospital said could not be corrected was absolutely possible here, I was unsure whether I should trust that, but he was very kind. There was a discount condition if booking on the same day.
