My natural nose wasn’t a hooked nose with a protruding bump on the nasal bridge, but the overall line of my nasal bridge and dorsum rose in a rounded way, like a mild hump nose. So the front view was one thing, but I really didn’t like my side profile, so I really wanted to get my nose done. I really wanted an elegant, straight-with-a-slight-curve nose line. Rather than increasing the height of my nasal bridge, I wanted to make the line straighter, so I had it done without implants, matching my existing nasal bridge. Donor rib cartilage, autologous cartilage, and autologous dermis! I trusted exactly what Director Yoon recommended and went with it. The photo was taken quite a while ago, but there’s nothing different from then, and it’s still pretty, so I’m happy with it. The elegant straight-with-a-slight-curve line I had imagined haha
