I went for my first consultation, then looked into it through someone I know. They introduced me to a consultant director who had given a cheaper consultation for the same primary surgery and materials as mine, and who was kind, so I booked a second consultation. But when I went that day, I was told the consultant director I wanted couldn’t come, and that the consultation would proceed with someone else instead. They kept asking me over and over why I wanted to change. When I said it was because I had been introduced to that person, they kept saying repeatedly that nothing would change even if I received the consultation from someone else. And even though I had already said before that I wanted to see the director one more time, they even asked, “Do you absolutely have to see the director today before leaving?” lol I really didn’t feel good about it, and honestly I became worried about aftercare and A/S, so I decided not to go. I liked the nose shape itself and the results, but I really didn’t like the consultant director or the overall way the clinic was being run.
