1-Year Review After Extra Implant Surgery

Leaving a review as someone who had breast surgery with Extra implants over a year ago. To start with the conclusion, I’m still super, super, super satisfied. First of all, I wasn’t in pain from day one. Everyone says the first day is the hardest, but I had none of that at all. If anything, the pain-control injection felt more uncomfortable. Having something attached to my body bothered me more. After surgery, I came out of the recovery room and was just like, cold..? My condition was totally fine, so I went to Haidilao and ate a proper meal. I didn’t feel like the anesthesia hadn’t worn off or anything. It was just at the level of “I’m only hungry, and it feels like I’m wearing a padded bra.” If I had to describe the pain, it felt like tightness the day after doing chest exercises at the gym. It wasn’t pain, just like, oh, I used my chest a bit because I worked out today~ That was it on both the day of surgery and the next day. Compression garment ❌ drain ❌ only an upper band worn This was seriously so comfortable. It didn’t feel stuffy, and I could just live normally. So from day 2, since I wasn’t in pain, I went to PC cafes. Sitting in a chair for a long time was no problem. I was scared because people said lying down and getting up would feel like death, but I kept getting up so easily that I kept thinking, “Did I really have surgery?” I had the incision through the armpit, so I was scared it would hurt, but it didn’t hurt, and the scar is really hard to see. Now it’s at a level only I know about, so I have zero scar stress. And this was personally the biggest thing for me: I trusted the doctor more because he specializes in breast surgery and has done it for a long time. During the consultation, he explained mainly about the line and feel, so I immediately thought, ‘Ah, this is just someone who has done this a lot.’ It seems like the stable result wasn’t for nothing. The real thing is after one year. The feel is insane. At first, there was a slight sense of having had surgery, but as time passed it gradually softened, and now it feels completely genuinely soft, like real breasts. When I touch them with my hands, I can barely feel the implants. They’re genuinely soft like real breasts. The line is so pretty, and my body shape looks crazy good. The upper breast fills out naturally without looking excessive, and the fit of clothes is so pretty. I had hips but not much chest, so that stressed me out, but now my waist just looks super slim. For over a year, I’ve had no pain, discomfort, or issues at all. If anything, as time passes, they feel more and more like my own breasts. Even if I went back to before surgery, I would absolutely do this again at the same plastic surgery clinic. This is my real, real, real, real 1-year review.
