The hospital was generally clean and well maintained, so my first impression was good, and the waiting time I had worried about before visiting was shorter than expected, so it wasn’t burdensome. The consultation proceeded in the order of manager–director–manager, and the overall consultation time was about 1 hour, which was enough time to receive detailed explanations. The director had a very nice personality and explained things calmly overall, which made me trust them, and I was impressed that they gave realistic counseling tailored to the condition of my face. They did not pressure me into unnecessary additional procedures and respected my choices, so I was able to receive the consultation in a comfortable atmosphere. There was a slight push to make a same-day reservation, but the manager in charge responded very kindly, so overall it was a satisfying consultation experience.
