I went to four consultations for functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty: First Button, Marble, The Way, and Nose Lab, and I booked surgery because I’m planning to do it at First Button ...ㅎㅎ I’m nervous First of all, this is my first surgery, and my nasal bridge is a little low, so I thought I only needed to raise the bridge slightly and that there was nothing to touch on the nasal tip When I looked at myself from the front, I felt my nose lacked three-dimensionality, so I considered the nasal bridge important Actually, I first thought about functional nose surgery, but as I researched, I started wanting to do cosmetic rhinoplasty too ㅋㅋ So functional improvement is important too! I made a consultation reservation at First Button and tried to adjust my schedule as much as possible, but it didn’t work out well, so I barely managed to go for the consultation There was no waiting, and they charged the consultation fee and CT scan fee separately I prepared a ton of questions and even celebrity photos, but after talking with the director, I thought I should go with what would harmonize best with my face I met with the consultant and then had the consultation with the director, and the hospital was spacious with a luxurious interior, so somehow I felt more comfortable ㅋㅋㅋ I told the director I wanted to raise my nasal bridge and asked whether the functional improvement could be done properly, but the director said my nose is not the type where only the bridge should be raised ㅠㅠ They recommended correction for a bulbous nose and short nose, and I thought it would be better to follow the director’s advice rather than end up with a bad result, so I was grateful that they spoke honestly The consultation felt longer than I expected, and when I looked at photos taken separately of just my nose, it seemed like, as the director said, I did need a few other things too... I asked for the nasal bridge height to have a natural look, and we decided on silicone as the implant, with septal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip They told me not to worry about the functional part either, so now I just have to wait for surgery, right..? Now that I’m actually getting surgery, I’m so nervous... I’ll get the surgery done well, become prettier, and come back ㅎ
