I had double eyelid surgery with an incisional method. They said I didn’t need epicanthoplasty or ptosis correction. Now that it has fully settled after surgery, I’m satisfied. They seem to operate conservatively and tend not to recommend procedures that may not have a significant effect. They seem to prefer natural-looking double eyelid lines.
