One-director clinic, consultation fee 10,000 won (CT scan) 1-2 surgeries per day, no anesthesiology department, sedation anesthesia CCTV exists, but in case of dispute, viewing is possible with the police and a court ruling Expected surgery time: about 3 hours *Consultation details Autologous dermis from the buttocks + ear cartilage + autologous costal cartilage columellar support Autologous dermis expected to be 1.5-2 mm If it is too low, additional fat grafting or artificial dermis may be added. Autologous costal cartilage may also warp. Aversion to foreign materials (preference for cartilage or autologous costal cartilage). *Estimate Autologous costal cartilage, buttock dermis, 15 million won -> 12 million won (review writing) Dermis only 13 million won -> 10.5 million won (condition of writing a review) Discount when uploading photos and writing a review on the app *Conclusion The doctor gave a good consultation without going overboard. When I said I was pursuing a no-implant approach because of side effects, he tailored the consultation to that. He also looked inside my nose with an endoscope and explained the pros and cons of surgery. But the price is too expensive. It is not a difficult revision surgery, but it starts at 15 million won. They give a big discount if you write a review, but the reason it doesn't really resonate is that first of all, as soon as I heard the initial price, it was so expensive that I felt resistance. And the consultation ended late in the afternoon, but if I decided within today, because it was a special discounted price, I had to put down a 10% deposit. Being told to decide on a major surgery and a large amount of money within 2 hours felt burdensome. I think they need some kind of sales-related adjustment. (I think it would be better to set the price within a range customers can understand and discount it less; I assume the target final price is the same anyway.) Honestly, even though I felt drawn after consulting with the doctor, after hearing the sales talk, it felt too money-focused and the time was tight, so I guess it felt pressured. In the end, it was one of the hospitals I let go of.
