I had facial liposuction 3 years ago, and at the time, the effect felt quite significant. Especially because I also had a thread lift at the end, my facial contour looked much more defined, and right after the procedure, contours appeared on my face, making the change so clear that the lines seemed to stand out almost like comb-pattern pottery. However, as time passed, the effect gradually faded, and now I feel like my face shape has almost returned to its original state. Overall, only the impression that I lost a very small amount of facial fat remains, and it is disappointing because it is hard to feel the long-term change I had expected.
