The director and the consultation manager are both kind. I went without an appointment, but I was able to see the director right away. They recommended incision + ptosis correction, and since my upper eyelid skin is thick, I think they said incision would probably be the only option. At other hospitals, they either strongly advised against ptosis correction or said it was optional, but here they said I should do it if possible. They said without ptosis correction, even if I get double eyelid surgery, I could look a bit sleepy... I think they’re probably the type to recommend ptosis correction almost unconditionally.
