I had over-engrafted aegyo-sal and under-eye fat removed from a fat grafting surgery 10 years ago. I worked hard researching foreign-body removal online and went to consultations at about 10 hospitals, and among them, I chose this one because I trusted it the most. I was worried and desperate, so I went for consultations twice, and each time they consulted with me well. After many twists and turns, I booked the surgery. I was very nervous, but I was so grateful that they kept reassuring me throughout the surgery, telling me it was okay... I was also very worried about the surgery, but the surgery really went well, and I feel like I should have done it sooner.
Removing fat from the aegyo-sal requires a lower blepharoplasty incision. I was most worried about scarring.. I’m still in my 30s, so my biggest worry was what if a scar was left. My skin tendency + the doctor’s skill = no visible scar at all. For reference, it has now been 3 months since the surgery. I think I may originally be the type who doesn’t scar easily. I have a history of nose surgery and breast surgery, but incision marks did not remain.
It’s hard to find cases like mine where aegyo-sal fat is removed, so it’s difficult to research online and in person... I normally don’t really write surgery reviews, but there aren’t many reviews about foreign-body removal, so I’m writing this for people like me.
