At first, I had double eyelid surgery at the place said to be the most famous in Gangnam, and after it failed with uneven sausage eyelids, someone around me told me this place was good, so I went for a consultation and had surgery right away. The doctor seemed to have pride in his work, so I trusted him, and I don’t know about him being unfriendly. Maybe because I don’t feel much just because someone is unconditionally kind, I tend to think it’s better when they clearly and properly talk about the surgery, so I didn’t feel that. During surgery, he kept talking to me and saying I was enduring it well, while doing it under local anesthesia, with me slightly feeling something in that eye now and then But it was nice because I could clearly tell that the doctor was doing it! Afterward, there was almost no swelling and it settled so well, so I’ve been doing really well since then. Oh, for the epicanthoplasty shape, I had said before, “Could you make it pointed and slightly downward?” and he said, “No, then it’ll be too triangular and your impression will look stronger,” so he wouldn’t do it. I kept asking if it really wasn’t possible, but he still didn’t do it. In the end, I did it the way they did it there, and it turned out very clean and pretty. I remember after surgery the doctor looked proud and said haha, “Good thing you listened, right?”
