I went several times to get fillers and Botox, but they didn't even tell me the director's name, and it was literally a factory-style clinic. During the consultation, the consultation manager should have gone over aspects of the treatment design, but instead they just had me quickly fill out only the side effect consent and confirmation forms, then told me to go straight into the treatment room and wait.. And overall, the staff are kind. The operating style itself is factory-like, but the treatments are also inexpensive. Even after visiting several times, they don't recognize you, and the treatment design isn't very good either. I don't think I'll go again.
