I waited about 40 minutes for the consultation. It was a really long wait. The consultation proceeded in the order of consultant > doctor > consultant. During the first consultation with the consultant, they asked more detailed questions than other clinics. I was recommended partial-incision double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and fat grafting to the eyes. I think the estimate came out a bit cheaper because I got an acquaintance discount. The director explained and told me about the eyes in great detail. Although he was a bit blunt, he seemed quite professional. But the consultation manager felt kind of unfriendly It felt like she wasn’t even listening to me? I think this is the first time I’ve felt that a consultation manager was unfriendly.
