What matched the information I had looked up was that the doctor sighed throughout the consultation, so a customer could potentially feel offended... But rather than a sigh with a bad meaning, it just felt like he was short of breath, so I didn’t feel offended. I saw the same comment even in a review from almost 7 years ago. Also, having the eye line held with tweezers was much more irritating than I expected. As for the surgical consultation, I had been diagnosed at an ophthalmology clinic as not having ptosis, but they said ptosis correction would be forcibly included as an option and that there was no choice to remove it, so I listened moderately and then left. There is no consultation fee.
