Every doctor says something different. They don’t explain the whole thing, so I’m not sure if they’re saying the same thing but I’m understanding it differently Some doctors talk about septum reinforcement, and some only talk about spreading out the under-eye fat... If they didn’t mention septum reinforcement, does that mean they don’t do it?
