Hello, I’m leaving a review of my consultation for revision rhinoplasty. In conclusion, they did not recommend revision rhinoplasty for me. They told me that even if I were to have revision surgery, in my current condition, donor costal cartilage should absolutely not be used. I had previously undergone surgery using autologous costal cartilage as well, and they said it seemed the surgery had been done too excessively. I also asked because I didn’t like the shape of my nostrils, and although they didn’t really recommend it, they said that if I absolutely did it, I should only do something like nostril enlargement surgery. In other words, from a cosmetic standpoint, they did not recommend revision rhinoplasty in my current condition. The director seems to take a conservative approach to surgery. Still, I think I liked that aspect. The director seemed to have a lot of experience, was kind, and provided a good consultation. Because no estimate was provided, I entered 5 million won arbitrarily.
