* Consultation started right away with the director without a CT scan -> then the consultation manager discussed the price
As soon as I entered the clinic, I could see the counter, and the staff were just giggling and laughing. Somehow it felt like the clinic lacked seriousness, so my trust dropped a bit from the start.
After waiting, I went in for a consultation with the director, but without a CT scan, the director just took pictures of my face on the spot. (They just took them with a tablet. Other clinics take photos with a camera, so it feels like they put in more effort, but here the director just held the tablet up to my face and took them, so I wondered, is this angle even right..?) They just sketched on top of those photos. They didn’t take photos from multiple angles either, just one at 90 degrees and one front view, and that was it, so I felt a bit uneasy. The director answered everything I asked and spent a lot of time with me. But compared with other clinics, they added the most surgical options. They asked what material I wanted to use for nose surgery, so when I said what I wanted to use, they said they would use it as is. I think they listened to me and gave me a long, thorough consultation. The director felt meticulous.
But here, something about the consultation manager’s expression during the consultation bothered me a bit.. It felt kind of lukewarm. I asked to see photos related to the surgical options I might receive, but they couldn’t find them properly, so I couldn’t check them..
