The doctor explains everything in really great detail. He takes photos, explains while looking at your face, and even shows before-and-after photos of people with similar features. And he speaks with a lot of confidence, which made me trust him too. The manager just gave me pricing information. I really hate it when a manager does the consultation, so that part was good.
