Three weeks ago, I had my third nose revision surgery using silicone and autologous costal cartilage, but blood pooled, so they kept drawing blood out, and in the end the silicone was removed after only a week. They said the silicone did not suit me and was causing inflammation, so we talked about resting while leaving only the costal cartilage in place like before. The problem is that after the silicone removal, the sutured area of the columella keeps not healing and opens up. Pus keeps flowing out through that gap, so I go to the hospital every single day to get antibiotic injections and I am also taking medication every day, but there is no sign of improvement and the area has widened. In the end, a week ago, I had the columella sutured once more. But now the area next to the sutured part is swelling again like a blister. It swelled like that before, then the skin opened and pus flowed out.. The hospital keeps only saying we should keep watching it. I am so stressed I feel like I am going to die. Because of contracture, after removing the silicone, my nasal tip has lifted severely like a pig nose, and the columella looks necrotic.. I feel like I am going to get depression.
