5 weeks ago, I had double-chin muscle tying and cheek fat liposuction. I didn’t originally have that much cheek fat, and I just got cheek liposuction to slightly refine the line. But even before the stitches were removed, the hollowing was seriously bad on both sides, and it’s still bad now. On day 9, when I went for a follow-up with the director, he said they didn’t do liposuction on the hollowed areas, and that while doing my cheeks, they also did the cheekbone area together to refine the line (done without consent). So he said it was pressed in because of marks from the bandage and facial compression garment, and that the hollowed area was some retaining ligament(?) area, and that area normally doesn’t swell, so that’s why it looked like that. When I said I thought I might need fat grafting later, he said it was swelling, so I wouldn’t need it. He said if it’s too severe, I can get collagen injections. But now, at one month, it’s still freaking severe, and the area under my cheekbones is hollowed, so from the front my face looks like the number 3. And my right cheek looks completely sunken, like a skull.. The cheek hollowing is a problem, the depression under the cheekbones is a problem, and my cheekbones look bigger too. I want to die I can’t sleep and I have no appetite. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone as severe as me. But the double-chin tying turned out well, and since my cheeks are like this, it makes me wonder if different people worked on each area separately. The consultant ignored my KakaoTalk message, and I’m going for a follow-up with the director the week after next. Should I ask them to do fat grafting.. That doesn’t look like swelling. It looks freaking severe under lighting, and when I just take a photo, it looks extremely bad.
