Breast augmentation review after half a year, for reference, I’m in my 40s

These days, it doesn’t feel like the end of the year at all.. I had breast augmentation when it was really hot, and already 6 months have passed.. haha Even though I had a major surgery after turning 40, I recovered without any particular issues during the recovery process, and I can confidently say that this was probably because I got a lot of help with aftercare at MD haha (Of course, even in the early days after surgery, I didn’t find it especially hard.) A friend who had breast surgery before me also said that when I told her about the hospital’s aftercare, it definitely seemed like they took good care of patients lol (that friend had hers done somewhere else) Honestly, it was annoying to go all the way to Apgujeong Rodeo every time, but still, it was worth making time and going diligently. After 3 months, you can wear underwire bras, and these days, even just wearing a regular bra makes my breasts come together naturally, so I don’t have to push them up and gather them as desperately as before lol The only disappointing thing is that because it’s cold, I keep wearing clothes that bundle my body up tightly..? Still, when I wear clothes that fit a bit close to the body like before, I really like that I can create volume with my actual breasts instead of using a padded bra.. lol I lost a bit of weight compared with the early days after surgery, but it’s also nice that even if my weight goes down, I can maintain the same breast size and shape. And in the past, I couldn’t even dream of wearing half-cup bras like these days (that kind of lingerie you can only wear if you have upper-breast fullness..) These days, I like that I can wear pretty lingerie as much as I want without thinking about that lol And what’s fascinating is that even though the swelling has completely gone down, my breast size is still a C cup. In the beginning, when I didn’t know much, I briefly wondered, “Won’t the size get smaller once all the swelling goes down?” But now that 6 months have passed (the swelling is all gone now, right haha), I’m still wearing a C cup in underwear. I’ve seen many people here debating between fillers or fat grafting, but personally, I think implants are the best.
